You can cancel your retreat registration yourself by logging in to your Open Gate Sangha account (instructions below for computer/laptop or phone). Or, you can send a request to the Program Manager at programs@opengatesangha.org.
If you cancel prior to the close of registration (typically one or two days prior to retreat start), a refund will be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee.
Refunds are not given if you cancel after registration closes, except under extraordinary circumstances. In that case, contact programs@opengatesangha.org.
ON COMPUTER/LAPTOP:
1) Go to: https://www.opengatesangha.org
(if you are already logged in, skip to Step 5).
2) Click on “LOGIN OR SIGNUP” (in the upper right corner, next to the shopping cart).
3) Enter your email address and password.
4) Once you are logged in, you will now see LOGOUT | ACCOUNT in the upper right corner.
5) Click on ACCOUNT.
6) In the left menubar, click on PROGRAMS>ONLINE.
7) In the list of Online Programs you should see your retreat listed there.
8) Click on CANCEL.
9) Click on LOGOUT (upper right corner).
ON MOBILE PHONE:
1) Go to:
(if you are already logged in, skip to Step 4).
2) Tap on the icon of a person’s head and shoulders (in the upper right corner, next to the shopping cart).
3) Enter your email address and password.
4) Once you are logged in, tap again on the icon of a person’s head and shoulders.
5) Tap on the SUBMENU button.
6) Tap on PROGRAMS.
7) Tap on ONLINE.
8) Scroll down to find the listing for the retreat you are wanting to cancel.
9) Click on CANCEL.
