A welcome letter with the subject "Welcome to Retreat!" will be emailed to all participants within one week of start of retreat. Then, a few days before the first day of retreat, another email should arrive with the subject "Orientation Videos for your Retreat" with links to watch the orientation videos. Both of these emails contain important information that should be reviewed prior to retreat.
