The broadcast keeps stopping & starting, & I see a spinning circle in the player window when it stops.

The spinning circle appears in the middle of the player window when the player needs to "buffer" the video. The player needs to accrue a certain amount of data before it can start or resume playing the media stream. If the amount of data it's receiving is not sufficient to continuously play back, the player will need to add more data to its buffer before resuming playback.

Solution: Adjust the bitrate button on the player, or try the "Audio Only" stream.
